Reincarnated as the Daughter of the Legendary Hero and the Queen of Spirits anime revealed its first trailer, along with confirming an October 2025 release date. The anime was announced in January 2024, while the main staff and voice cast were revealed at AnimeJapan in March.
Studio J.C. Staff is animating, with the main staff including Toshinori Fukushima as the director, Toko Machida handling the series composition and script, and Mina Osawa as the character designer.
The story follows Ellen, a girl reborn from modern Japan into a fantasy world as the daughter of a legendary hero and a powerful spirit queen. Blessed with the ability to control the elements, she uses her past-life knowledge and magical powers to protect her loved ones.
The main voice cast is also featured in the trailer and includes:
- Seria Fukagawa as Ellen
- Kazuyuki Okitsu as Rovel
- Mai Nakahara as Origin
Reincarnated as the Daughter of the Legendary Hero and the Queen of Spirits is a Japanese light novel series by Matsuura, with illustrations by keepout. It originally began as a web novel on Shosetsuka ni Naro, running from 2016 to 2020. Fujimi Shobo later published it in print under the Kadokawa Books label, releasing nine volumes between 2018 and 2022.
A manga version by Yutaka Ohori began in Monthly Big Gangan in 2018 and has 11 volumes as of March 2025. The English edition is available digitally via Comikey and Manga UP! Global.
