Rooster Fighter anime revealed the main voice cast, introducing Kenta Miyake as the protagonist Keiji. The anime was announced in July, and it was confirmed for Adult Swim streaming with more platforms to be announced. Studio Sanzigen will be animating, with Daisuke Suzuki directing. The main voice cast includes:
- Kenta Miyake as Keiji
- Mariko Honda as Elizabeth
- Shiori Izawa as Piyoko

Shu Sakuratani writes and illustrates the Rooster Fighter web manga, which originally started on Hero’s Inc.’s Comiplex back in December 2020. VIZ Media licensed the manga in English, describing the story:
Keiji is more than just an ordinary rooster—he’s humanity’s greatest defender! His opponents may be ten stories tall, but nothing is bigger than his stout heart and his fearsome battle cry—Kokekokko!
