The preview and main staff for Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Disturbance (Season 2) episode 17 were revealed on Tuesday. The new episode titled “The TOther Objective” will be released on Thursday, February 6. The season is now in its second cour. Studio LIDENFILMS is handling the animation production while Crunchyroll is streaming the anime. Check out the preview below:

Episode 17 synopsis:
Shishio’s men were secretly preparing for the operation before dawn but withdrew when the patrol arrived. Usui was about to make an example of those who withdrew without having achieved the preparations, but his men, inspired by Shishio’s words, began to set out one after another to carry out the Great Fire of Kyoto.
Rurouni Kenshin Season 2 Staff and Cast
Yuki Komada is the director for Rurouni Kenshin Season 2. He is joined by Yoshitaka Makino, who is working as the assistant director. Hideyuki Kurata and Kaoru Kurosaki have reprised their roles from last season as they’re handling the series composition and script.
