The official Twitter of Shinmai Renkinjutsushi no Tenpo Keiei (Shinmai Renkin) has unveiled a new trailer, key visual, and the upcoming anime’s opening and ending theme songs. Kadokawa lists the English title as Management of Novice Alchemist. The series is slated to air in October 2022.
Aguri Onishi will perform the opening theme titled “Hajimaru Welcome“, while Nanaka Suwa is singing the ending theme “Fine Days“. The opening theme by Aguri Onishi is featured in the second trailer.
The anime previously revealed its first preview video in April 2022. Studio ENGI is animating the series with Ikehara Hiroshi as director. Shigeru Murakoshi will be writing the scripts, Harumi Fuki is composing the music, and Yosuke Ito is illustrating the character designs. The main cast includes:
- Kanon Takao as Sarasa
- Hina Kino as Lorea
- Saori Onishi as Iris
- Nanaka Suwa as Kate
The anime adaptation is based on a light novel written by Mizuho Itsuki and illustrated by Fumi. The story follows Sarasa who is an orphan and the only way to success for her is to become an alchemist so she enrolls in Royal Alchemist Training Academy. Her master gifts her a store and sends her off into the countryside to manage it. Sarasa is quite surprised when she realizes the countryside isn’t what she imagined it to be but she decides to try and run the store and make a living.
