SHY Season 2 revealed the creditless versions of the opening and ending sequences following today’s premiere. Studio 8bit is animating the series. The opening features PassCode’s “WILLSHINE” as the theme song:
Masaomi Ando is the director of the sequel with Kosaku Taniguchi as the assistant. Yashiro Nakanishi is in charge of the script and series composition and Yuichi Tanaka is returning for character designs. Hinako Tsubakiyama is composing the music. The same staff also worked on the first season. The previous season set a tradition where the cast performers the ending theme songs, and so this time around its Shino Shimoji and Nao Toyama with “You Are Not Alone”:

The anime is based on the SHY manga by Bukimi Miki, which has been serialized in the Weekly Shonen Champion since August 2019. Yen Press licensed the manga in English.
