SK8 the Infinity OVA has revealed a second visual, this time featuring Shindo Ainosuke (Adam) and Kikuchi Tadashi (Snake). The new episode was announced in 2022, alongside a Season 2. The first visual was released in January, featuring Kaoru Sakurayashiki (Cherry Blossom) and Kojiro Nanjo (Joe).
The announcement comes on August 8 via a “∞ Day” commemorative stream, and the day is celebrated as the birthday of the protagonist Reki Kyan. It was also announced that Season 1 of the TV anime will be rebroadcast in Japan from October 11.
Studio BONES is returning to animate, along with the staff from Season 1. This includes Hiroko Utsumi as the director, Ichirou Ookouchi as the series composer, and Michinori Chiba as the character designer. The main voice cast consists of:

- Chiaki Kobayashi as Langa Hasegawa
- Takuma Nagatsuka as Miya Chinen

Reki, a high school sophomore and skater, is addicted to “S,” a highly secret and dangerous downhill skateboarding race that takes place in an abandoned mine. The skaters are especially wild about the “beefs,” or heated battles that erupt in the races.
Reki takes Langa, a transfer student returning to Japan after studying abroad, to the mine where the races are held. Langa, who has no skateboarding experience, finds himself pulled into the world of “S”…
The first season of the anime was released in Winter 2021.
