Takuya Eguchi, the voice actor of Loid Forger in the Spy x Family anime, picked his best scene in episode 12, which marked the end of the series’ first cour.
The official Twitter account and TOHO animation’s YouTube channel have been posting a video weekly that shows a member of the cast or the staff pick the best scene for every episode along with their comment, and the new update is for the anime’s 12th episode, Penguin Park.
“The scene seemed to represent the ‘family’ of Spy x Family,” the voice actor revealed his thoughts on the part where Loid and Yor try to calm their child Anya and end up going on a “spy mission” together. “It gave me warm feelings.” he continued, concluding the statement: “See you in the 2nd cour!” You can check the 1 minute and 44 second long video that has the trailer for the second cour in the second half on Twitter and YouTube.

The WIT STUDIO and CloverWorks’ collaborative anime Spy x Family based on Tatsuya Endo’s Shonen Jump+ manga of the same name began in April and ended its first cour on June 25 in Japan with the 12th episode. The second cour is slated for October 2022.
Viz Media licensed the manga for English releases and describes the plot as:
