The upcoming Teasing Master Takagi-san movie revealed a new teaser visual along with a June 10 premiere date. Sentai Filmworks is licensing the film, while also streaming the ongoing season 3 of the series.
Although the new teaser visual for the Takagi-san movie reveals the premiere date, it still doesn’t have an official trailer. However, a special commercial has been revealed recently:
The main cast of Teasing Master Takagi-san will be back for the film with Yuki Kaji as Nishikata and Rie Takahashi as Takagi. The studio and staff for the movie are yet to be announced.
Soichiro Yamamoto’s Teasing Master Takagi-san manga is serialized in the Monthly Shonen Sunday (Gessan) magazine with 17 volumes as of date. Yen Press is licensing the manga in English. The series received an anime adaptation in 2018 by Shin-Ei Animation.
Middle schooler Nishikata has had it with his classmate Takagi–the chronic teaser who sits nearby. Day in and day out, she comes after him with every sort of trick or prank. Even when he tries to get her back, she’s always one step ahead. But rest assured, it’s only the beginning. He’s not about to give up that easily in this battle of cunning and youth!
