The Dangers in My Heart TV anime has released a new teaser visual, which is actually the ‘phase 2’ (colored version) of a previously released illustration. The manga was the top ranked ‘manga fans want to see animated‘ in 2021, and you can see the new visual below:

The anime adaptation for The Dangers in My Heart was announced on August 1, and it will premiere in 2023. The manga by Norio Sakurai has been ongoing since 2018, and Seven Seas Entertainment licensed it in English. They describe the story:
Kyotaro Ichikawa, a boy barely clinging to the bottom rung of his school’s social ladder, secretly believes he’s the tortured lead in some psychological thriller. He spends his days dreaming up ways to disrupt his classmates’ peaceful lives and pining after Anna Yamada, the class idol. But Kyotaro’s not nearly the troubled teen he pretends to be…and it turns out Anna’s a bit odd herself!
