All aboard, nakamas! Filipino fans are in for another exciting journey as the Philippines’ biggest ONE PIECE anniversary celebration is returning as “Animezing North: ONE PIECE Adventures.” The event is set to take place from August 19 to September 23, 2025, at The Block Atrium, SM North Edsa, Quezon City.
In a team-up with Toei Animation and Funko, SM Supermalls brings you the ultimate One Piece adventure and will unveil two new supersized Gear 5 inflatables. As the celebration of the beloved series by the fans for the fans, Animezing North: ONE PIECE Adventures will have the following highlights:
- First-in-the-Philippines Meet & Greets with Straw Hat characters
- Two new supersized Gear 5 inflatables
- Life-sized statues of the entire Straw Hat Crew
- Official merch drops you won’t want to miss
In 2023, Animezing North featured a 21-foot-tall Giant Straw Hat Luffy inflatable, while the 25th anniversary in 2025 featured the legendary 20-foot-tall Luffy in Gear 5.
In case you missed it, Runrio is also hosting the ONE PIECE RUN, a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly immersive event that aims to bring the world of One Piece to life with iconic elements inspired by the legendary anime. The run will take place at SM Fairview. Registration is currently ongoing.

ONE PIECE is a manga series by Eiichiro Oda. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since July 1997. An anime adaptation by Toei Animation began in 1999, followed by 14 feature films, 13 TV specials, and many more media projects. The series has become a global phenomenon over the years, including having more than 510 million manga sold worldwide, 108 published volumes, and a thousand episodes. The second season of the Netflix live-action is set to release in 2026.
