The upcoming second part of The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh movie revealed four new preview images ahead of the August 8 premiere date. The movie will be streaming on Netflix, just like its predecessor. The movies are fully CGI and animated by Alfred Imageworks and Marvy Jack (which also worked on the TV anime with Studio DEEN).

Seven Deadly Sins was originally a manga series written and illustrated by Nakaba Suzuki in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine. The manga inspired anime adaptations with 4 seasons and 3 movies; A-1 Pictures animated the first two seasons and Prisoners of the Sky movie, and Studio DEEN took care of season 3 and season 4, and Cursed by Light movie. The series’ sequel, Four Knights of the Apocalypse is receiving an anime adaptation.
