The upcoming Trigun Stargaze revealed a new trailer, which features the opening and ending theme songs and a January 10 premiere date. The opening theme song “Picaresque Hero” is performed by ano and FOMARE sings “Stardust” for the ending theme song.

Trigun Stargaze – Trailer

Masako Sato is directing the sequel at studio Orange. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu is in charge of the series composition, Kitotaka Oshiyama on character designs, and Tatsuya Kato is composing the music.

Yasuhiro Nightow wrote and drew the original Trigun manga. It was first serialized in Tokuma Shoten’s manga magazine Monthly Shonen Captain from April 1995 to January 1997. It then continued in Shonen Gahosha’s seinen manga magazine Young King OURs, under the title Trigun Maximum from October 1997 to March 2007. Shonen Gahosha republished the Trigun chapters in two volumes and collected the Trigun Maximum chapters in fourteen volumes. Dark Horse licensed the manga in English.

The series first received a 26-episode anime adaptation by MADHOUSE in 1998. TRIGUN STAMPEDE by Orange then premiered in 2023 and ran for 12 episodes.
