Uchi no Otouto-domo ga Sumimasen (Sorry About My Younger Brothers) anime revealed a new trailer, the opening and ending theme songs, and additional cast members. The series is set to premiere on July 23, 2025. DISH// sings the opening theme song “Aikotoba” while Reira Ushio is performing the ending theme song “Clover.” Both theme songs can be heard on the latest trailer:

Uchi no Otouto-domo ga Sumimasen – Trailer

A key visual and trailer were released at AnimeJapan 2026. Studio Lay-duce is animating with Hitoshi Nanba as director. Megumi Shimizu is in charge of the series composition, while Shiori Hiraiwa and Yoko Fukushima are designing the characters, and Gin is composing the music.

The cast of Uchi no Otouto-domo ga Sumimasen anime consists of:

  • Naomi Ozora as Ito Narita
  • Toshiki Masuda as Gen Narita
  • Kensho Ono as Syu Narita
  • Taku Yashiro as Raku Narita
  • Momoka Terasawa as Rui Narita
  • Daisuke Ono as Isao Narita
  • Aya Endo as Saho Narita

The anime is based on a manga series written and illustrated by Akira Ozaki. It began serialization in Shueisha’s shōjo manga magazine Bessatsu Margaret in January 2020.

The story follows high school student Ito, who transfers schools during her first year after her mother remarries. Following the move, Ito finds out that she has four younger brothers. Now she tries to bond and get along with her brothers.
