Popular voice actress and singer Hina Suguta has announced that she has joined the Tokyo Actor’s Consumer’s Cooperative Society agency, also known as HAIKYO. This was posted on her official Twitter page after it took effect on June 1st.
Hina Suguta was previously affiliated with the talent agency Amino Produce since the start of her career in 2018. At the start of her career, she voiced Tanaka-san in Rinshi!! Ekoda-chan, Haruka in Afterlost, and Maki Kusunoki in Eternity: Shinya no Nurekoi Channel.
She is best known as the voice behind the female main character of My Dress-Up Darling, Marin Kitagawa, as well as Toko Kirigaya in the multimedia franchise BanG Dream!. Some of her roles within this project include titles BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! Pico: Ohmori (2020), BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! Pico Fever! (2021), BanG Dream! Film Live 2nd Stage (2021), BanG Dream! Morfonication (2022), and BanG Dream! Poppin’Dream! (2022).
Hina Suguta was also one of the winners of the Best Rookie Voice Actor Award at the 17th Seiyu Awards in March this year. She also ranked fourth in Anime Corner’s seiyuu polls of 2022.
Some of the voice actors that are signed with HAIKYO include Saki Miyashita, Junichi Suwabe, Shuichi Ikeda, Saki Nakajima, Junko Minagawa, Eri Suzuki, Yuya Uchida, Koichi Tochika, and Haruna Momono.
