Whisper Me a Love Song anime has announced that its final two episodes (episodes 11 and 12) will premiere on December 28. Initially set to premiere in January of this year, it was postponed to April. Later, episodes 9 and 10 were delayed by two weeks and the Blu-ray release was pushed back by four months.
A “Cultural Festival Arc” visual has also been released.
Studios Cloud Hearts and Yokohama Animation Laboratory are animating the series under Akira Mano’s direction. Mano replaced the original director Xin Ya Cai, who had to step down due to health issues. Hiroki Uchida is writing the scripts and Minami Yoshida is designing the characters. Kana Sasakura, the voice of Yori, will be performing the opening while Hana Shimano, Himari’s voice actress, is singing the ending theme. The cast includes:

- Aoi Koga as Miki Mizuguchi
The TV anime adaptation is based on the manga written and illustrated by Eku Takeshima which was initially serialized in Ichijinsha’s Comic Yuri Hime in 2019. Kodansha Comics is publishing the manga in English, and they describe the first volume as follows:
Bubbly, energetic first-year high school student Himari falls head over heels for her senpai Yori after hearing her band perform on the first day of school. Himari tells Yori she just loves her, and, to Himari’s surprise, Yori says she loves Himari back! But when Himari realizes that she and her senpai are feeling two different kinds of love, she begins to ask herself what “love” really means
