The fifth and latest story visual of Witch Hat Atelier anime highlights Richeh, who was one of the main focuses in Episode 12. Agott and Euini also appear on the visual. The anime is currently ongoing with 12 episodes and is available to watch on Crunchyroll and Netflix.
The series previously announced a collab with Ascendance of a Bookworm: Adopted Daughter of an Archduke anime, which is also currently ongoing. Both series are setting up for their finales for the Spring 2026 season. It was also announced that additional crossover projects are planned in the future.

The manga, which the anime is based on, is written and illustrated by Kamome Shirahama. The series has been published in Kodansha’s Morning Two magazine since July 2016. Kodansha USA is releasing the manga in English, describing the plot as follows:
In a world where everyone takes wonders like magic spells and dragons for granted, Coco is a girl with a simple dream: she wants to be a witch. But everybody knows magicians are born, not made, and Coco was not born with a gift for magic. Resigned to her un-magical life, Coco is about to give up on her dream to become a witch … until the day she meets Qifrey, a mysterious, traveling magician. After secretly seeing Qifrey perform magic in a way she’s never seen before, Coco soon learns what everybody “knows” might not be the truth, and discovers that her magical dream may not be as far away as it may seem…
