Witchy PreCure!! ~MIRAI DAYS~ anime revealed a visual, along with a January 11 release date. The Witchy PreCure!! sequel will have a late-night time slot. It is animated by Toei Animation and Studio DEEN, with Takayuki Hamana as the director. The opening song was decided to be “Dokkin Maho Tsukai PreCure!! Part 3 ~MIRAI DAYS~” by Rie Kitagawa.
Besides Takayuki Hamana, the main anime staff also includes Isao Murayama on the script, Mami Sodeyama as the character designer, and Hiroshi Takaki on the music. The main voice cast consists of:
- Rie Takahashi as Cure Miracle
- Yui Horie as Cure Magical
- Ayaka Saito Mofurun
Witchy PreCure!! ~MIRAI DAYS~ is the sequel to Power of Hope: PreCure Full Bloom (Kibo no Chikara ~Otona Pretty Cure ’23~), which aired in October 2023. It was also directed by Hamana at Toei and DEEN, and it was the first of two Pretty Cure series for adult audiences that were announced in March 2023. Crunchyroll is streaming the first anime series, describing the story:
Nozomi Yumehara was an ordinary middle school student until she met the mysterious fairy Coco. She became the Precure of Hope, Cure Dream, and fought alongside her friends. Years later, Nozomi and her friends are now adults, busy with work, friends, family, and the stress that adult life brings. As the mysterious Shadows appear and attack humans, Nozomi and her friends embark on a new saga.
