1. 86 Eighty-Six is a Masterpiece
If you were to ask me to make a list like this for any series that has come out this year, it probably wouldn’t be possible to accomplish. When it comes down to it, 86 Eighty-Six just does everything right as an anime. It checks off all the boxes. It doesn’t leave any stone unturned. In fact, it also creates new rocks and then proceeds to flip those, too.
From top to bottom, 86 Eighty-Six has become a must-watch anime in the span of just 11 episodes. Most anime take 24 or more episodes to develop into something watchable. Let that sink in. The author praises the series. A legendary music composer worked on the soundtrack. A top-tier studio animates it.
