The ongoing Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End anime has released a new trailer ahead of the upcoming second exam storyline in the series as part of the “First Class Mage Exam” arc. The trailer was released following the recent airing of episode 22.
Madhouse is animating the series, with Keiichiro Saito directing, Tomohiro Suzuki is in charge of the script, Evan Call is handling the music, and Reiko Nagasawa is the character designer. The cast for the anime includes:

Episode 23 of the series will air on February 16 and is titled “Labyrinth Strategy.” The anime is based on the manga written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe. It has been serialized in Shogakukan’s Shonen magazine Weekly Shonen Sunday since April 2020.
