A collaboration cafe featuring the Blue Box anime opened this week in Tokyo on October 16th, which the Blue Box official X account announced on October 12th. The Blue Box cafe is being held at Brunch Park in the Minato ward of Japan’s capital city until October 30th.
Fans of Blue Box can order drinks and food inspired by the hit anime. The anime adaptation began airing earlier this season on October 3rd, following the popular manga by Kouji Miura.
As is standard for anime collaboration cafés, there are character-inspired drinks for Taiki Inomata, Chinatsu Kano, Hina Cho, Kyo Kasahara, and Kengo Haryu. Each drink is 880 yen and every individual order comes with an exclusive collaboration coaster. There are also “character print lattes” that feature detailed art of a favorite character of your choosing from the ones listed above.
The food menu is also exciting as it features an entree for Blue Box‘s three main characters, Taiki, Chinatsu, and Hina. Taiki’s featured dish is pork bowl, Chinatsu’s is omelet rice, and Hina’s is salmon creme pasta. Each dish is 1,870 yen and comes with a side salad. For each food item ordered, you will receive a drink coaster featuring a Blue Box character.
Fans can receive a clear file folder featuring Blue Box art if reservations for the cafe are made in advance, which can be done on Brunch Park’s website. While the cafe ends on October 30th, the Blue Box anime will run for two cours on Netflix.
