McDonald’s Japan has launchd a new campaign, “Tirori Mix,” featuring a powerhouse collaboration with three of Japan’s popular music artists: Ado, YOASOBI, and Hoshimachi Suisei. This partnership aims to again link the fast-food giant’s brand with the increasingly popular world of J-pop and VTubers, following their recent collaboration with Hatsune Miku.

For this campaign, each of the three artists contributed a special song that will be part of the “Tirori Mix” campaign. The titles of the tracks were also revealed:
- Ado “Yoru no Pierrot” (“Pierrot of the Night”)
- YOASOBI “Yoru ni Kakeru” (“Racing into the Night)
- Hoshimachi Suisei “Bibideba” (“Bibideba”)
Starting on March 18, fans can expect to hear the exclusive tracks as part of McDonald’s in-store experience in Japan. Whether through special digital promotions, limited-edition packaging, or even potential live-streamed events, “Tirori Mix” is likely to be a campaign that goes beyond just hearing the songs alongside a meal. About Ado
Ado is a Japanese singer and songwriter who gained prominence in 2020 with her debut single “Usseewa,” released at the age of 17. In 2022, her song “New Genesis” was featured as the theme for the anime movie ONE PIECE FILM RED, launching her further into mainstream popularity. Ado is currently getting ready for her second world tour, “Ado WORLD TOUR 2025 ‘Hibana’ Powered by Crunchyroll,” which will begin in April 2025 and have her touring over 30 cities through Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, and Latin America.
About YOASOBI
YOASOBI is a Japanese music duo consisting of composer Ayase and vocalist Ikura. They debuted in 2019 with the single “Yoru ni Kakeru,” which quickly became a viral hit. They have performed numerous anime songs recently, with the latest one being “Watch me!” for the upcoming WITCH WATCH anime.
About Hoshimachi Suisei
Hoshimachi Suisei is a Japanese virtual YouTuber (VTuber) and singer associated with Hololive Production. She began her career independently in 2018 before joining Hololive in 2019. She performed at the Nippon Budokan earlier this year, fulfilling a long-held dream.
