ONE PIECE has revealed the preview for Episode 1133, teasing Kuma’s attempt to save Bonney and his meeting with Vegapunk. The anime began Kuma’s tragic backstory three weeks ago, while the next episode is set to premiere on June 15. The episode’s title is “To Save His Daughter – Kuma the Timid Pacifist,” and you can watch the preview below (also available on Crunchyroll at the end of Episode 1132):
The ONE PIECE manga by Eiichiro Oda first began in July 1997, and the legendary series exceeded 500 million circulating copies worldwide in August 2022. It also celebrated the 25th anniversary in 2022, while the anime adaptation started in October 1999 and is also still going strong.
The manga currently has 1148 chapters, with Chapter 1149 set to release on May 25 as well. The anime is at 1129 episodes as of today, having recently returned from a 6-month hiatus to improve quality. VIZ Media licensed the manga in English, while Crunchyroll streams the anime.
