At The Game Awards 2025, HoYoverse unveiled a new trailer for Zenless Zone Zero, showcasing the first in-game footage of upcoming agent Ye Shunguang and previewing the next faction to enter the story, the Angels of Delusion.
The new trailer marked the global gameplay debut of Ye Shunguang, a Void Hunter from Yunkui Summit. She is the first playable dual-form agent in the game, capable of switching between two combat styles mid-battle. Her moveset emphasizes sword-based offense, airborne chains, and rapid transitions between forms. The trailer also reintroduced Zhao, a greataxe-wielding Thrien with fast mobility and non-human design. You can see some screenshots below.
The segment ended with a brief teaser for the Angels of Delusion, a new faction expected to play a major role in future updates. A stylized concert scene tied to the faction hints at additional narrative and character reveals in upcoming chapters.
Version 2.4 of Zenless Zone Zero, titled “On the Precipice of the Abyss,” is currently available across all platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, iOS, and Android. More details are available at zenless.hoyoverse.com.
