Netflix announced additional details for some of their upcoming titles during their anime stage TUDUM event today. Some of the titles are new, but quite a few were previously announced and/or are sequels.
Netflix is already looking at an absolutely packed Fall 2021 anime season, streaming-wise so it doesn’t come as a surprise that they dedicated a whole stage during their TUDUM event to the anime announcements. Let’s take a look at a full list of announcements below.
Super Crooks
Super Crooks anime series begins streaming on November 25. Studio BONES is producing, but the story is based on an American comic book by Mark Miller. Kenjiro Tsuda is starring in the series. A teaser trailer and a key visual are now available.
In this anime adaptation, small-time crook Johnny Bolt recruits the ultimate crew for one last heist — for real! From comic book legend Mark Millar, this super-powered heist story about eight super-villains is jam-packed with action and told in 13x 30-minute episodes lushly produced by Bones.

Drifting Home

What is Netflix TUDUM?
Netflix TUDUM is a global fan event that aims to entertain fans all over the world while promoting Netflix content. In addition to the anime announcement, many Netflix originals are also getting exclusive clips and news. The main event will last three hours and start at 9 AM PT, but anime, Indian, and Korean stages will be available before.
