Golden Kamuy season 4 is on the way, the official Twitter account for the series confirmed today, after a special event and stream dedicated to the franchise. A teaser trailer and a key visual are available, along with the staff listing. Brain’s Base is animating the sequel to the popular series.
Shizutaka Sugahara is listed as the chief director for season 4 of Golden Kamuy anime, while Noboru Takagi is doing series composition. Takagi also worked on previous seasons of the anime. In addition, Takumi Yamakawa is doing character designs. According to the trailer, Haruka Shiraishi and Chikahiro Kobayashi are reprising their roles as Asirpa and Aichi. The key visual also features the two of them:
Golde Kamuy series is based on a manga by Satoru Noda. The manga started serialization in Weekly Young Jump magazine in 2014. Geno Studio animated the first two seasons of the anime adaptation, which aired in 2018 and 2019. Season 3 (also Geno Studio) followed in 2020.

In the early twentieth century, Russo-Japanese War veteran Saichi “Immortal” Sugimoto scratches out a meager existence during the postwar gold rush in the wilderness of Hokkaido.
