Oyuki is described as Ram’s childhood friend, and is the Queen of Neptune. She usually has the impression of being quiet and elegant, but she also has a scary side when being angered.

“I think she’s cool and beautiful, and has a wonderful personality. It’s interesting that she’s calm, but she’s not afraid at times. I hope that I can enjoy recording while picking up on the delicate expressions of Oyuki that she shows in conversation.”
