Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Swordsmith Village Arc (Season 3) anime has revealed the Japanese voice actor for Zohakuten, the new form of the Upper Moon 4 demon Hantengu’s clone. Zohakuten’s voice actor is Koichi Yamadera, most known for voicing Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop, Rosinante Donquixote in ONE PIECE, Ryoji Kaji in Evangelion, Beerus in Dragon Ball Super, Gentle Criminal in My Hero Academia, among many others. The anime also revealed a new key visual, and you can check out the demon and his Japanese voice actor below:
The voice actors for the other 4 Hantengu clones were previously revealed, and include:
- Yuichiro Umehara as Sekido (Anger)
- Kaito Ishikawa as Karaku (Relaxed)
- Shunsuke Takeuchi as Urogi (Joy)
- Soma Saito as Aizetsu (Sorrow)
The anime began with a 1-hour special episode, and Crunchyroll is streaming it outside Japan. The Swordsmith Village Arc begins in volume 10 of the manga. VIZ describes the story:
For the first time in over 100 years, the upper ranks of Muzan Kibutsuji’s Twelve Kizuki are not full. Angered, Muzan dispatches the survivors on another mission.
