Attack on Titan: The Last Attack Gets Sauna Scene Illustration by Director Yuichiro Hayashi

Attack on Titan the Movie: THE LAST ATTACK revealed a new illustration by the movie’s director Yuichiro Hayashi, featuring a reference to the famous sauna scene. The scene was first shown in Attack on School Castes, which was a series of ‘fake’ scenarios that were published in the volumes of Attack on Titan from Volume 21 to Volume 34. The anime also teased it in Episode 78, when Gabi shot Eren (that’s in the thumbnail of the article).

The compilation movie will premiere in Japan today, November 8. You can see the new illustration, titled “SAUNA KILLER PART 2” below.

Attack on Titan the Movie: THE LAST ATTACK is a 145-minute compilation movie which will be screening in theaters for 3 consecutive weeks starting today. It features improved cuts for parts 1 and 2 of the Final Chapters specials, along with 5.1ch surround sound. You can watch the main trailer below.

Besides Yuichiro Hayashi as the director, the main staff includes Hiroshi Seko on the series composition and Tomohiro Kishi as the character designer. The main voice cast includes:
