BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War (TYBW) Part 4 has revealed the preview for Episode 9 (Episode 49 overall). The anime returned with the fourth and final cour, subtitled The Calamity, on July 25, before delaying the final two episodes to improve quality. It is set to run for 10 episodes, with the series recently revealing the last trailer.

The ninth episode is titled “XXX,” and it will premiere on Saturday, October 17. You can see the synopsis and preview images below.

Transcending dimensions, Yhwach appears simultaneously in the Seireitei, the World of the Living, and Hueco Mundo. He declares his intention to reduce the world to nothingness and create a new world free from both the “fear of life” and the “fear of death.” However, Ichigo, who has risen from the depths of despair, and his allies, including the Soul Reapers and Arrancars, have not yet given up on this world. Across all three realms, the final, bloody battle against Yhwach begins.
