Chainsaw Man Trailer Gets Over 11 Million Views in Under 24 Hours

It hasn’t yet been a day, and the 2nd Chainsaw Man anime trailer has already exceeded 11 million views! This is accumulated from the MAPPA and Crunchyroll YouTube uploads, together with and the franchise’s official Twitter account! Studio MAPPA is in charge of the production, and the anime is set to premiere this October. You can watch the full trailer, which has over 2.5 million views on YouTube:

The trailer also introduced the main voice cast. Kikunosuke Toya will voice Denj, Tomori Kusunoki will voice Makimai, Shogo Sakata will voice Aki Hayakawa, and Fairouz Ai will voice Power. Ryu Nakayama is directing the anime, and the rest of the staff includes:

Denji is a teenage boy living with a Chainsaw Devil named Pochita. Due to the debt his father left behind, he has been living a rock-bottom life while repaying his debt by harvesting devil corpses with Pochita.

One day, Denji is betrayed and killed. As his consciousness fades, he makes a contract with Pochita and gets revived as “Chainsaw Man”–a man with a devil’s heart
