Chika Gets Her Own Visual Following Too Many Losing Heroines Episode 11

The Too Many Losing Heroines (Make Heroine ga Oosugiru) anime revealed a new Chika Komari ‘losing heroine’ visual following the Episode 11 premiere in Japan. Aniplex is producing the anime, with studio A-1 Pictures in charge of the animation. Previously, Anna Yanami and Lemon Yakishio both got visuals following their own rejections in the anime.

Shotaro Kitamura is directing the anime, with Masahiro Yokotani on series composition and Tetsuya Kawakami as the character designer. The main voice cast consists of:

  • Hikaru Tono as Anna Yanami
  • Shion Wakayama as Lemon Yakishio
  • Shuichiro Umeda as Kazuhiko Nukumizu
  • Momoka Terasawa as Chika Komari

Takibi Amamori writes the Too Many Losing Heroines! light novel, which started in July 2021 in Shogakukan’s Gagaga Bunko imprint. The series won the 15th Shogakukan Light Novel Award that year, and 7 volumes have been released as of July 2024. There is also a manga adaptation illustrated by Itachi.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed both the novel and manga, while Crunchyroll is streaming the anime. They describe the story:
Meet the girls on the losing side of romance! First is Anna Yanami, the girl-next-door type who can’t say no to delicious food. Then there’s Lemon Yakishio, a beautiful and spirited athlete. Last but not least is Chika Komari, the cute yet shy heroine with gentle charm. Together, they navigate awkward setbacks hoping to finally find love!

The Too Many Losing Heroines anime is one of our fans’ favorite shows this season, frequently ranking high in latest weekly rankings.
