Hirokazu Yasuhara began the Cultural Exchange with Game Center Girl manga in December 2019 on Twitter and Pixiv. It was later serialized by Fujimi Shobo via the Niconico Seiga website since May 2020, with eight volumes released as of July 2024. Volume 9 will release next Monday on December 9, 2024.

The anime adaptation was announced in August, with Yasuhara thanking fans for the support and inviting them to wait for future updates.

The synopsis is described:
A Heartwarming Comedy with a Cute British Girl
The protagonist, Renji Kusakabe, who works part-time at an arcade, unexpectedly meets a British girl named Lily, and somehow, they end up exchanging diary entries!?
Though Renji is constantly thrown off by the innocent and lively Lily, is this cross-cultural exchange leading to friendship, or perhaps…?
