Devils’ Crest Anime Unveils Additional Voice Cast Members

The production team for the upcoming Devils’ Crest anime has revealed the voice actors for four of the show’s characters. They also released several character and VA visuals alongside the news. Devils’ Crest’s newest voice actors include:

• Maaya Uchida (Rikka in Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusion!) as Aria Misono
• Rie Murakawa (Hotaru in Non Non Biyori) as Kai Kisanuki
• Sora Amamiya (Akame in Akame ga Kill!) as Sumika Watamaki
• Yuusuke Kobayashi (Subaru in Re: ZERO) as Teruki Sugamo

Devils’ Crest’s production team had previously announced that Konomi Inagaki and Haruka Shiraishi would voice Sawa Ashihara and Yuuma Ashihara. During AX 2026 the production team announced that Ado would perform the anime’s opening song “Shinka.” The AX 2026 video and a trailer can be seen below:

Production I.G. will animate the adaptation.

The anime adapts Reki Kawahara’s (Sword Art Online, Accel World) and Yukuko Horiguchi’s Demons’ Crest light novel. Dengeki Bunko (Kadokawa) has serialized the light novel since its November 2022 debut. Kadokawa has released four volumes. In 2022, Koroku Takano and TOmoe adapted the light novel into a webtoon. Yen Press published the English version of Demons’ Crest.

Devils’ Crest follows Yuuma Ashihara, a grade school student who was “lucky” enough to beta test Actual Magic, a VRMMO. While Yuuma fawned over the game’s realism, his amazement turned to horror when he tried to log out. The game somehow bled into the real world and changed reality to the point where some of his classmates were transformed into monstrous beings! Now trapped in a life-or-death situation, Yuuma and his classmates must fight to survive.

The anime will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on November 6.
