Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise From the Shadow- anime was voted the most anticipated anime of the Winter 2025 season, beating out The Apothecary Diaries Season 2 and SAKAMOTO DAYS. It took 9.46% of the votes, with 8, 105 people participating. A-1 Pictures is returning to animate, and it will premiere on January 4 as part of Crunchyroll’s Winter 2025 anime lineup.

Top 10 Most Anticipated Anime of Winter 2025 | Solo Leveling Season 2 Ranks First
The first season previously also won the anticipated ranking in Winter 2024, beating out Classroom of the Elite Season 3 and the eventual AOTS The Dangers in My Heart Season 2. It then went to be the Best New Anime of the season in the overall ranking.
Solo Leveling Season 2 is looking to up the stakes and will be featuring a lot more action with Jinwoo way stronger. The new season will also have amazing theme songs from TK from Ling Tosite Sigure and LiSA, with Hiroyuki Sawano as the music composer.
