Genshin Impact Casts Shohei Komatsu as Gaming

Genshin Impact revealed on the 4.4 livestream that Shohei Komtaus is voicing the latest 4-star pyro character Gaming. He will be available to pull on the first half of the Xianyun and Nahida banners. Players can also get Gaming for free in the main event of the patch – the Lantern Rite. The second half will feature a rerun of Xiao and Yae Miko. Genshin Impact version 4.4 is scheduled to be released on January 31.

Shohei Komatsu is a voice actor known for voicing Aust von Earlshide in Wise Man’s Grandchild, Ren Kizaki in The iDOLM@STER SideM, and Yasunari Tsuru in number24. His current roles include Land in Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, Haruto Otori and Masayuki in My Instant Death Ability is So Overpowered, No One in This Other World Stands a Chance Against Me!, and Aruku in The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic.

Meanwhile, Caleb Yen is the English voice actor of Gaming. His notable roles include the male trailblazer in Honkai Star Rail, Karaku in Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc, Hyota Ashikaga in Pretty Boy Detective Club, and Fred Porlock in Moriarty the Patriot.
