Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance animated project has revealed a new visual and trailer, as well as October 17 premiere date exclusive to Netflix. The project is a joint collaboration between SUNRISE and SAFEHOUSE, Inc. It was announced last year, and it will be fully animated using Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 5 technology.
There will be 6 episodes lasting 30 minutes, focusing on the European front of the One Year War.
Erasmus Brosdau (The Lord Inquisitor: Seed of Ambition, Origin Zero, Altered Carbon: Resleeved) is directing the project, while Gavin Hignight (Tekken: Bloodline) in charge of the script. Celia Massingham voices the lead character Iria Sorari, who is featured on the visual together with the Red Wolves.

Gundam is a Japanese mix-media franchise that focuses on mecha robots, created by SUNRISE and Yoshiyuki Tomino. The franchise officially premiered on April 7, 1979, with the Mobile Suit Gundam anime series. In addition to the popular anime series and spin-offs, the franchise also has manga, novels, video games, and, of course, the popular toys.
