The original slice-of-life anime TETSURYO! meet with Tetsudou Musume will stream exclusively on HIDIVE as part of its Fall 2026 simulcast lineup, beginning this October. Ahead of the release, the series will hold its world premiere at Anime NYC on August 21.
The anime features an original story centered on four female university students who travel by train. It commemorates the 20th anniversary of TOMYTEC’s Tetsudou Musume (Railway Girls) franchise, which features over 100 characters in train-related roles wearing uniforms from real railway companies across Japan. HIDIVE will stream the series in the United States and Canada, as well as the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
An English-subtitled trailer has also been released, which Anime Corner has the exclusive opportunity to share first.

Official Synopsis
Misaki wants to escape her everyday life and set out on a journey somewhere. And while she doesn’t yet know what she will be in the future, Misaki knows for certain that she wants to find something she is passionate about. Soon after arriving on campus to start her college life, she meets the members of the Railway Travel Club. Misaki’s heart now beats with excitement for the new world that lies ahead on the railway.
The series is an original work by TOMYTEC in collaboration with Kisetsu Morita. Misuzu Hoshino is directing, with Aya Satsuki handling series composition, Naonori Hashimoto providing the character designs, and EAST FISH STUDIO handling the animation production.
The main cast includes May Tachibana as Misaki Sata, Mao Shouji as Kodama Orihara, Haruna Fukushima as Ushio Yagami, and Hika Tsukishiro as Usa Harutachi. Also check out information about the supporting cast.
The world premiere will take place on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. ET in Room 1A15, South Javits Level 1 at the Javits Center. The screening comes ahead of the anime’s October streaming debut.
HIDIVE previously announced that it will exclusively stream the I’m Dating a Dark Summoner anime in Fall 2026. The streaming platform also recently confirmed two licenses for 2027, BLADE & BASTARD and MURCIÉLAGO.
