An Archdemon’s Dilemma: How to Love Your Elf Bride series is getting an anime adaptation as announced earlier. Further details will be announced at a later date.
The series started with a light novel written by Fuminori Teshima and illustrated by COMTA (also known for My Little Sister Stole My Fiance: The Strongest Dragon Favors Me And Plans To Take Over The Kingdom? light novel art). An Archdemon’s Dilemma: How to Love Your Elf Bride has been serialized since 2017 in HJ Bunko and it currently has 15 volumes out. A manga adaptation by Hako Itagi is also ongoing in Hobby Japan’s Comic Fire online magazine. Eight volumes are out at the moment.
J-Novel Club licensed the light novel and describes the plot as:
Zagan is feared by the masses as an evil sorcerer. Both socially awkward and foulmouthed, he spends his days studying sorcery while beating down any trespassers within his domain. One day he’s invited to a dark auction, and what he finds there is an elven slave girl of peerless beauty, Nephy. Having fallen in love at first sight, Zagan uses up his entire fortune to purchase her, but being a poor conversationalist, he has no idea how to properly interact with her. Thus, the awkward cohabitation of a sorcerer who has no idea how to convey his love and his slave who yearns for her master but has no idea how to appeal to him begins.
