Hunter x Hunter Manga Unveils Music Video Featuring Sakurazaka46's "Start Over"

Yoshihiro Togashi’s Hunter x Hunter manga revealed a special music video featuring Sakurazaka46’s “Start Over” song. Togashi is reportedly a fan of the idol group, formerly known as Keyakizaka46. “Start Over” is a song from their latest album, Start over!.

Hunter x Hunter and Sakurazaka46 – “Start Over”

The music video was published on Shonen Jump Magazine’s YouTube channel, even though the Hunter x Hunter series is currently on a hiatus. The manga will no longer be published in a weekly format – a new one still hasn’t been announced, and it’s unclear if it will continue in the magazine or move to one of the other Shueisha publications.

Togashi has been struggling with health issues related to back pain in recent years; he even drew diagrams to explain how to properly pick up things when you drop them to avoid injury. This led to the manga often being on hiatus.

MangaPLUS offers the manga in English for free:
Gon might be a country boy, but he has high aspirations. Despite his Aunt Mito’s protests, Gon decides to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a legendary Hunter. The Hunter hopefuls begin their journey by storm-tossed ship, where Gon meets Leorio and Kurapika, the only other applicants who aren’t devastated by bouts of seasickness. Having survived the terrors of the high seas, Gon and his companions now have to prove their worth in a variety of tests in order to find the elusive Exam Hall. And once they get there, will they ever leave alive…?
