If My Wife Becomes an Elementary School Student (Tsuma, Shougakusei ni Naru) anime revealed a new visual and two additional voice cast members. Studio Signpost is animating, while the anime has an October release date.

- Daisuke Hirakawa as Keisuke Niijima
- Aoi Yuki as Takae Niijima / Marika Shiraishi
- Maiko Nomura as Mai Niijima
- Kana Okazaki as Konomi Moriya
- Sachiko Kojima as Chika Shiraishi (NEW)
- Mutsuki Iwanaka as Renji Aikawa (NEW)
The main staff for the anime includes Noriyuki Abe as the director, Sawako Hirabayashi in charge of the series composition and script, and Narihito Sekikawa as the character designer.
If My Wife Becomes an Elementary School Student is originally a Japanese manga written and drawn by Yayu Murata. It was serialized in Houbunsha’s Weekly Manga Times magazine and ran from 2018 to 2023. It has a total of 111 chapters compiled into 4 volumes. The story follows a single father whose wife dies and reincarnates as an elementary school student.
