Fairouz Ai spoke about her love for Jolyne and voicing her. Chief director Kenichi Suzuki was also a guest, while the cast that couldn’t make it to the event left special messages.

The first season of David Production’s JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure came out in 2012. The first season adapted Part 1 of the manga series and had 26 episodes. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders and Stardust Crusaders – Battle in Egypt followed with 24 episodes each. Diamond is Unbreakable (39 episodes) came out in 2016, while the Golden Wind aired from Fall 2018 to 2019 and also had 39 episodes. Stone Ocean, which is season 5, is a direct sequel to the Golden Wind anime.

JoJo’s Bizzare Aventure

The first manga in the series, JoJo’s Bizarre AdventurePhantom Blood, came out in 1986. Hirohiko Araki has been writing the series ever since, with the latest installment, JoJo’s Bizzare Adventure Part 8: JoJolion ending this month. In addition to the main series, many side stories, including Purple Haze Feedback, also exist.

It’s worth noting that before David Production rebooted the series, Jojo’s Bizzare Adventure manga had a number of adaptations over the years. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure (1993-1994) and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure (2000) OVA series both adapted the events of Stardust Crusaders (Part 3). The plot followed Jonathan Joestar and his grandson Jotaro, in their fight to stop Dio. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood movie from 2007 was based on Part 1 of the manga. However, this movie is not available on home media, because Shueisha terminated its relationship with the A.P.P.P. studio.
