The official Twitter account for Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible has shared the first visual for the anime, featuring the main duo Kubo Nagisa and Jyunta Shiraishi. It was drawn by the character designer Yoshiko Saito, and the character design for the characters was also released. Check out the first visual:

Studio PINE JAM is handling the production for the Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible anime adaptation, with Kazuomi Koga as director. Yuya Takahashi is in charge of the series composition, with Yoshiko Sato as the character designer. Kana Hanazawa will voice the female lead Nagisa Kubo, while Kengo Kawanishi will voice Jyunta Shiraishi.
Nene Yukimori’s writes and draws the original Kubo-san wa Mobu o Yurusanai (Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible) manga series, and it has been serialized by Shueisha since October 2019. Viz Media is publishing it in English, and they describe the story:
When Kubo sits next to Shiraishi in their first year of high school, Shiraishi’s nonexistent social skills get a boost. Speaking up in class is only the beginning for Shiraishi—soon Kubo forces him to be noticed at school, at the bookstore, and all around town. Shiraishi’s once-lackluster life isn’t so dull anymore!
