There is also a manga adaptation by Tomozo Nishioka which ran from June 2021 to February 2023 and was collected in three volumes by Mag Garden.
The story follows a 30-year old man who had researched magic all his life before getting reincarnated into another world as Shion, a minor noble. He is shocked to learn that the other world doesn’t have magic either, deciding to create it himself.
