Netflix spokesperson issued a statement regarding the leak of multiple titles, including the anime adaptation of DAN DA DAN and the Ranma ½ remake, that are slated to stream on the platform in the future. In a statement for The Wrap, Netflix revealed that they are aware of the leaks and working hard on taking the leaks down:
“One of our post-production partners has been compromised and footage from several of our titles has unfortunately leaked online. Our team is aggressively taking action to have it taken down.”
The post-production partner in question is Iyuno, a company that provides subtitling, translation, and dubbing services. In a separate statement, they also acknowledged the leak:
“Iyuno is aware of a recent security issue, involving unauthorized access to confidential content. Protecting our clients’ confidentiality and ensuring the security of their content is our highest priority. We are actively investigating this security breach to mitigate any potential risks and identify the responsible parties. When there are material changes or information we will make further statements.“
According to the SAG-AFTRA Signatory Confirmation Database, Iyuno is working on the Mononoke: The Phantom in the Rain English dub. The movie, which premiered in July in Japan, was also leaked, alongside all episodes of Terminator Zero, Arcane’s second season (five episodes), the upcoming Sponge Bob movie, and more. DAN DA DAN had six episodes leaked, while at least four of Ranma’s remake are available.
In addition to the leaked Netflix titles, Re:ZERO: Starting Life in Another World Season 3 premiere also surfaced online this week (it is scheduled to premiere in October). However, this episode came from Crunchyroll’s Japan Expo screening and not from Netflix.

UPDATE: Crunchyroll also stated that it has opened an investigation into identifying the source of the leak.
