Raphtalia Goes Full on Kawaii With New Figure by KDcolle

Feeling lonely? Need someone to snuggle up to at night but realize that your long life as a social recluse is finally coming back to bite you? Wish you could reincarnate and get a hot raccoon to accompany you on your travels? Well, with the newly announced 1/7 KDcolle Raphtalia Body Pillow figure, you can pretend that otherworldly journeys are a day-to-day occurrence for you.

The closest most of us will ever get to getting isekai’e’d and ending up with a hot kinda-but-not-really-slave is downing a handful of mushrooms, putting on some Bongripper, and engaging in behavior that would severely disappoint our mothers. Is that a bad thing? Maybe? But for approximately USD 164 and about a year’s wait, you can get your very own kawaii Raphtalia, which will be shipped to your home around March 2025. Sculpted by Yasu (Wonderful Works) and painted by Kigu-san (Production Cooperation: Wonderful Works), the figure stands at 230 mm in height (that’s about 25% the size of a Bald Eagle for our American readers.)

Proving that you don’t always need truck-kun to get isekai’d, and once you do get another go at life, chances are it can suck as much as the one you already have. The Rising of Shield Hero follows the life and time of Naofumi Iwatani, who was ripped from his home and forced to defend a country that cares little about him and his position. Teaming up with a raccoon and a KFC loli, with the power of friendship, the dude pulls off an Evan Almighty and summons animals from far and wide to combat a coming apocalypse. All three seasons and the chibi-styled spin-offs are currently streaming on Crunchyroll, and a fourth season is on its way faster than you can say “Chunchunmaru.” But, to help you wait for that coveted fourth season be sure to get your very own newly announced KDcolle Raphtalia body pillow figure!
