Preview images for episode 11 of Police in a Pod have been released, and for this newest episode, we will be shown how police tackles accepting eyewitness reports and taking police sketches.
In the upcoming episode, a high school boy reports at the Machiyama Police Station about being a witness to an alleged assault on a female high school student. Following this report, Minamoto was appointed as an investigator to draw a portrait that would lead to the arrest of the perpetrator.
Later on in the episode, the duo Kawai and Fuji themselves also get involved in the character sketch process themselves. Kawai’s overly distinctive style of drawing baffled the high school students, but nonetheless, they managed to comprehend the sketch.
As Kawai reviews the witness report of the high school boy, she notices that the testimony itself doesn’t fit well with other external factors of the reported crime.
“Female police officer Kawai had enough of a career she wasn’t even that into and was about to hand in her registration, when the unthinkable happened—she met the new, female director of her station! And after spending a little time with this gorgeous role model, Kawai realizes that maybe she isn’t quite done being an officer after all.”
