Rudy Meets Demon King Atoferatofe in Mushoku Tensei Season 3 Episode 10 Preview

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 revealed the Episode 10 preview images and synopsis ahead of its August 23 premiere. The episode is currently covering the Chaos Breaker arc, which recently revealed a trailer and began with Episode 8. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime as part of its Summer 2026 lineup.

Episode 10 is titled “An Audience with an Immortal Demon King,” and you can see the preview images and synopsis below.

To find a treatment for “Dryne disease,” Rudeus and his companions traveled to the Demon Continent and managed to locate Kishirika. However, they were taken away together with her by the personal guard of the immortal Demon King Atoferatofe, who was after Kishirika. When Rudeus comes face-to-face with Atoferatofe, she invites him to join her personal guard, but…

Season 3 began with Volume 14, for which Seven Seas describes the story:
Nanahoshi, Rudeus, and the rest of their group take a trip to Perugius’s mysterious floating fortress, seeking adventure and a once-in-a-lifetime chance to learn new magic. What they find instead is disaster as one of their number is struck down by a deadly illness. How far will Rudeus go to save a dear friend’s life?

The anime is based on a light novel by Rifujin na Magonote with Shirotaka’s illustrations. Seven Seas is publishing the light novel in English.

The series is also launching a game titled Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Chronicle of Echoes this year. It is a free-to-play game with in-app purchases developed by ASOBIMO.
