The official website for Shoot! Goal to the Future has shared a trailer for the TV anime, along with a July 2022 release date and information about the cast and staff. Studio EMT Squared is in charge of the production, with Noriyuki Nakamura as the director. You can watch the new trailer:

Chiaki Kobayashi voices the main character Hidoto Tsuji, while Yuichiro Umehara voices the coach Atsushi Kamiya. The rest of the cast includes Shunichi Toki as Subaru Kurokawa, Yuki Ono as Jyou Kazama, Shimba Tsuchiya as Kouhei Kokubo and Kosuke Toriumi as Yoshiharu Kubo. The key visual for the anime:

Toei Animation produced the original Shoot! TV anime from November 1993 to December 1994, and it ran for 58 episodes with Daisuke Nishio as director. The original manga by Tsukasa Oshima was serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine from 1990 to 2003 and has over 50 million copies in circulation.
