Episode 4 of the rom-com series The Duke of Death and His Maid finally premiered, and the Duke met a pyro witch out in the snow! Play along with the Duke and Alice as they have fun in the snow and watch the series now. Also, please be aware of spoiler-filled content.
This week’s episode introduced a new character which is in fact, a witch that can control flames. It also seems that the winter season has come and seeing the Duke smile while having fun in the snow is just too heart-warming. Compared to last week’s passionate episode, this week had a cheerful vibe which made our expressions bright!
A Winter Smile
The winter season has finally come and the Duke, Alice, and Rob go out to play outside in the pure, white snow. While Rob was too busy building a snowman, the two had their exchange of snowballs – with the Duke’s failure to even hit Alice once.
We also loved how the Duke used The Matrix reference for Alice due to her unbelievable speed and agility! Unfortunately, when they headed back inside the mansion, Alice realized she lost one of the earrings her mother gave while playing outside in the snow.
The Pyro Witch
While the Duke was searching for Alice’s earring, a witch flies down to his villa. She introduces herself as Cuff, a witch that can control flames, and said that she got separated from her friend.
With her pyro abilities, Cuff lends a helping hand to the Duke because of his strong admiration and love for his maid, Alice. And eventually, she was able to find the lost earring and introduced herself to Alice back at the mansion.
Just Like a Snow Fairy
The following day after meeting Cuff, Alice went outside the snow and recalled a bit painful yet passionate memory. Back when she was a young girl, the nobles usually teased her due to her social status.
Fortunately, the Duke is always around to lend a helping hand. He even complimented Alice on how wonderful she looked in the snow as if she were a snow fairy.
“You look wonderful in the snow, just like a snow fairy.”
