The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom game revealed a ‘Traversing Hyrule’ trailer, showing some areas and key mechanics players will find in-game. The game will release exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on September 26, while pre-orders are already open on the official website. The game was announced back in June as the first mainline game to have Zelda as the protagonist.
They describe the game:
The people of Hyrule are being stolen away by strange rifts that have appeared, with a certain swordsman among the missing. Team up with the mysterious fairy, Tri, and use the power of the Tri Rod to create echoes – imitations of things found in the environment. Then recreate those echoes whenever you like to solve puzzles and defeat enemies. Use echoes of water blocks to reach new heights, make bridges out of old beds, throw rocks at foes – or find your own creative combination of echoes to do things your way. You can even create echoes of monsters to fight at your side in combat.
In addition, a gold-colored Nintendo Switch Lite Hyrule Edition system adorned with the Hylian Crest and inspired by the The Legend of Zelda series arrives will also release on September 26. They also have an upcoming LEGO set based on Ocarina of Time and Breath of the Wild releasing on September 1, 2024.
The Legend of Zelda is a video game franchise created by Japanese game designers Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka. Most of the games for the franchise were developed and published by Nintendo, with some installments and re-releases being outsourced.
There is also a live-action movie in development.
